OpenAIRE's mission is to support the transition to open science by offering over 15 services for researchers, institutions, and funders. As the lead UI/UX designer of a small team for the last 6 years, my role involved coordinating design efforts, setting goals and timelines, providing guidance, and overseeing the entire UI/UX process, from conducting user research to collaborating on service enhancement and development.
